At Pandit Jagannath Guruji, each consultation is custom-prepared for the individual booking, with Guruji studying your Janma Kundali and current planetary positions ahead of the session. Because of this personalised, time-bound nature, our refund policy reflects the preparation work that begins immediately after booking.
All bookings are final and non-refundable because:
We do not offer refunds for completed consultations, cancellations after booking confirmation, returns, or exchanges. Please review service details and your availability carefully before completing a booking.
We may accommodate rescheduling requests when:
To request a reschedule, contact us at support@panditjagannathguruji.com or WhatsApp as early as possible.
If you do not join the Google Meet call within 5 minutes of the appointment time, the consultation is considered a no-show — no refund or rescheduling will be offered. Please be punctual and join using the link in your confirmation email.
If the consultation cannot be delivered due to reasons on our side, we will fully accommodate you:
In such cases, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund within 5–14 business days via Razorpay.
