By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Services are provided by SAI JAGANNATHA ASTROLOGY CENTRE, registered in Karnataka, India.

1. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

2. Our Services

We offer personalised Vedic astrology consultations — Janma Kundali, Personal Consultation, Couple Consultation, and Kundali Matching — conducted online via Google Meet at scheduled times in IST.

3. Bookings and Payment

Bookings are confirmed only after full payment via Razorpay. Upon payment you will receive a booking confirmation email, a Google Meet link, and a calendar invitation. Prices are in INR and subject to change; the price at time of payment applies.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate birth details and contact information. The accuracy of astrological analysis depends on the accuracy of the birth details you provide. We are not responsible for inaccurate readings caused by incorrect information.

5. Service Delivery

It is your responsibility to have a stable internet connection, a device supporting Google Meet, and to join the call at the scheduled time. We are not liable for issues caused by your equipment or failure to attend.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

All bookings are final and non-refundable except as detailed in our Refund Policy.

7. Nature of Astrological Guidance

Astrology is a traditional practice and not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Decisions about your life remain your own responsibility.

8. Confidentiality

All session discussions are confidential and will not be shared without your consent except as required by law. Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly agreed by both parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content — text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of SAI JAGANNATHA ASTROLOGY CENTRE and may not be reproduced commercially without prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful activity, to harass or harm any person, to transmit malicious code, to impersonate others, or to resell our services without authorisation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, SAI JAGANNATHA ASTROLOGY CENTRE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific booking.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
